Review: For dutch over lovers, this is great. I liked it so much, I quickly ordered one for my son-in law, who is a dutch oven fanatic. He has made several recipes all ready. Way ahead of me. But then he has 3 dutch oven and I only have one.

Review: I haven't tried any recipes but in looking at the index, I have to say I never knew so much could be cooked in a Dutch oven.
Some of the recipes I can't use because of my diet plan (paleo) but I've seen a many that can be adapted.
I really like the idea of cooking a complete meal in one pot. So convenient. I like the instructions given. They are clear and complete. I would recommend this book to anyone who cooks.
