Title: Great book to keep medical info easily avl

Review: Love this book so much better than those small books that barely hold a month. Allows my Dr to review back and allows me to write notes on when I took meds and if I was ill, etc. Will definitely buy this log book again. I will also be purchasing one for my mother since she has to take blood readings, Pressure and oxygen and she has ability to log all this info and when she take meds and any notes that may be helpful for doctor.

Review: Great log book for keeping track and control of my diabetes. It is very concise and easy to enter all my details concerning my diabetes. Doesn't look like a log book beautiful cover makes it look like a well-read book and I got comments all the time. Love it can't wait till I need another one next year LOL
